Since 1979, he has been the Managing Director of KLS Properties Sdn Bhd, a developer of townships, residential houses, condominiums, shop offices and industrial factories. Dato Dr David Koh is also the executive chairman of Distinctive Group (www.distinctive.com.my) who is one of the key developers in Iskandar Malaysia.
